ClowdOps is Flashback’s reusable, customer-controlled harness for selected agentic transformations. It provides shared identity, credentials, permitted context, tool access, policies, approvals, observability, audit and recovery so teams can start with one bounded workflow and reuse the same governed infrastructure as additional specialized agents and domains are introduced. Flashback delivers the assessment, integration, customization and operating model around it.
ClowdOps is currently in closed beta, with access provided selectively to invited teams and early testers.

The domain logic, tools and context can change. The underlying control requirements repeat. ClowdOps centralizes reusable identity, credential handling, context boundaries, tool infrastructure, policies, approvals, audit and recovery so each new workflow does not require a separate agent stack.
Flashback identifies the workflow, redesigns the operating model, builds and integrates the agent, defines governance, deploys it, and improves it over time. ClowdOps supports selected engagements; Flashback services do not require ClowdOps.
